La Chapelle de la Lune is a domestic chapel and meditative space dedicated to the Moon. It was realized by VGO Associates in collaboration with the artist Clorophilla, a project curated by Valentina Guidi Ottobri. The project originated from the desire to redevelop a disused architectural structure within a private garden (located, aptly, on rue de la "Chapelle"), consistent with the gallery's mission to foster collaborative practices to give life to spiritual objects and develop new spaces for the soul. Italian curator Valentina Guidi Ottobri, the gallery’s founder, invited visual artist Ludovica Basso, also known as Clorophilla, to decorate the interior of the space according to her interpretation of the Moon. La Chapelle de la Lune and the gallery are open to visitors by appointment.  The inspiration for the chapel's decoration comes from the Goddesses and mythology linked to Diana, protectress of the Moon. The Moon is one of humanity's most ancient symbols, representing the excellence of feminine models, the mother of the universe. Its fundamental qualities are receptive: the moon reflects the light of the sun. The moon symbolizes intuition and clairvoyance. Sensitivity is also an integral part of this magical star which opens the doors to the invisible, as well as to the unconscious and intuition. There was a time when the feminine and its guiding light, the Moon, were omnipotent. In these peaceful agrarian societies, primordial feminine powers like emotion, sexuality, creation, and communion with nature were honored. And the moon, which waxed and waned in predictable cycles, was a symbol for the birth, growth, death, and renewal of life on Earth. In a world that has everything, where things and words accumulate, the gallery offers a new form of animism that invites us to interact differently with the objects and places that populate our daily lives.

«The objective that motivated me in this redevelopment intervention was to create a place that could also become a symbol of newfound hope where one could “reconnect” to our true nature».
